How can you improve on perfection from every volunteer, members of staff came respect, compassion, sensetivity, a pride in the job. You could not buy this level of service anywhere because you could not put a price on it. A truly uplifting experience.

Excellent treatment all round but feel that appointment times should be adhered to ie appt at 9.30 or 10.00 should not go over by more than 10 mins.
